UFC 311 starts at 7 pm PST/10 pm EST at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA

Arman Tsarukyan will get his long-awaited rematch against the dominant Islam Makhachev. The last time we saw Arman in the octagon, he put on what can only be described as a clinic against former lightweight champion Charles Oliviera. It will be interesting to see what he can do this time around to the champ, especially considering Dustin Poirier exposed some big holes in Islam’s game.

The co-main for this fight is Merab Dvalishvili vs Umar Nurmagomedov. Merab claimed the belt from former champ Suga Sean O’Malley in spectacularly boring fashion. The last time we saw Umar in the octagon, he took Cory Sandhagen apart. Umar is certainly no stranger to the ground game, so we’re hoping he can stop Merab’s wrestling and force him to fight on the feet.

Jahamal Hill will try to regain some of his recently lost ranking position against former champ Jiri Prochazka.

Renato “Money” Moicano will face Beneil Dariush

Kevin Holland will face Reinier de Ridder

The appetizer for the evening will be an undefeated Payton Talbott vs Raoni Barcellos

All in all, we’re excited about what should be a fantastic event this Saturday night

ONE Friday Fights starts at 4:30 am PST/7:30 am EST at the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand

Fight fans working from home this Friday will get to enjoy some Muay Thai over their morning coffee as ONE Championship Friday Fights starts at the ass-crack of dawn

The main event will showcase flyweights Puengluang Baanramba and Akig Guluzada

For the co-main, we’ll get to see Pichitchai PK Saenchai face off against Petpairin Sor Jor Tongprachin

The card will feature 11 fights, and all I can think is how excited I am to “work” this Friday morning
